Last week I was able to get down and hangout with the guys in Such Gold to sit around at one of their practices at home to just hangout and take a few photos before they headed out of town for a bit on a small tour somewhere out west a bit.

They have been really cool and have been using my pictures for their material over the past couple of years, and they even put a picture that I took of myself on their cover of “Stand Tall” ep which was really rad to see me on a record cover and even more so to see a few kids with that as a tattoo on their body.

Hopefully I will be getting out more and more now to cover more musicians like this in the future, until then, enjoy.

Looks like it is nearly time for summer. If you’re in Rochester and wandering by highland park this weekend or next, stop by and maybe I will be more than happy to take your photo like the gentleman in this photograph.

I cannot begin to find the words to describe John Borek… if you have any interaction with the man on any level you would really understand, which is why John was simply the best subject for a quick test to try out my new camera system.
