This was a great wedding to photograph hands down. I found it more interesting how Lea had was playing dual roles of bride to be/mother. Her kids took a few falls, got into some amount of trouble (They’re kids after all) and of course wanted their mother. The entire day was a blast and I wish Mike and Lea the best, congrats guys!

Many stories are intertwined with this couple, none of which shall be spoken here. Simply enough, these are two kind people and I couldn’t be happier for both of them. Congrats guys!

New York State has legalized gay marriage. This is great news for now we have equality for all people amongst the state. Congratulations to everyone who has been waiting for this moment to happen for so long.

Evan McNamara & Marissa Lynn are engaged after a good amount of years spent together. The rad thing is Evan asked me to be their wedding photographer nearly a year before he actually proposed. Now I’m not sure if he knew Marissa was gonna say “yes” or not but I think Evan is a very well-prepared individual. The weddings not till 2013 but it’ll be a damn good time when it rolls around. Congrats guys.

This about sums up the entire day.

To be fair I’m not really sure what the hell to call it. As a photographer I want to move into alternative weddings, that includes some trash the dress ideas which do more then just have the bride standing in the water with her dress on… my good friends Laura and Neil were kind enough to take a few minutes to hangout and let me take some pictures, the photos I wanted to do were just of Laura drinking beer but they wanted some nice formal ones which I threw into the mix, enjoy!

I guess Spring time is the first for a lot of things, Dave & Caitlin get engaged, I pick up a camera for the first time in over FOUR MONTHS!! and my first wedding of the year is this Saturday in Boston… Shooting with Dave & Caitlin was great and I can only begin to imagine how much fun their wedding is gonna be. Expect more updates soon, but it is time for bed and leaving Rochester for Boston at 10am sharp! As always…Enjoy.
